I can't... you know? I can believe he'd do this. This is precisely the type of thing he always does. Who is defending our borders while he's here? At least he didn't come all the way here so I could find his socks for him.

... On second thought, I wouldn't put it past him.

Are there other students with a parent who tagged along to the school? The odd little boy who runs around with smudges under his lip is the spawn of Goroh, correct? Are there others? Perhaps we can start a support group, because my life is clearly over.

I've been in hiding since he got here, but I've run out of books to read so I suppose I should go see what he wants. You know, on the way to the library.

And maybe ask if Lash can build an anti-father ray gun.

The past week has been very entertaining, really. Though I have found myself dangerously low on notebooks and journals after all this excitement. I don't suppose any one has a spare? 

I really don't want to call to my Father for more since I used the last of my pin money on the last two. He might demand I return home to find his silly socks for him again.

At least the school is getting back to normal?

I have returned. Yellow Comet was very... sunny. Much was accomplished, including the 1,000 page report on probable sock locations I wrote for my father Which he didn't read! The nerve! during November to satisfy the NaNoWriMo project. I hope my make-up papers reached all of my instructors in good time.

From the letters I received while away, I gather I missed quite a bit? It is my great hope that the next week will be rather uneventful to ease me back into school. Please do not blow up the girls bathroom this week Lash.

Also... why is my bed covered in explosives and chocolate wrappers?!

My, this school keeps one incredibly busy.

Already I have had to send for more ledgers, having filled up the six I brought with me from Yellow Comet with observations spy reports class notes. It is vexing that no one else from Yellow Comet traveled to the school with me-- it seems all my former CO acquaintances have at least one other person from their area of residence to share this experience with. At least keeping an eye on Lash and Sami is keeping me too occupied to ponder any trace of loneliness.

It was mentioned in passing I might have been snooping, but I can't really help my perceptive super powers now can I? that there's a challenge taking place in November whereupon individuals compose novels of 50,000 words in 30 days. As I have turned in book reports of twice that amount in my former schooling (I believe Sami can recall my 100,000 word thesis on Cat In The Hat from our days in the Academy) and the monthly paperwork back home total well over that 50,000 word total. I am confident in my ability to master this challenge.

It has come to my attention, however, that not everyone is beginning their studies at the same level of education. I have been toying with the idea of initiating a swarm of study groups to correct this problem, but I feel I cannot achieve success with this project if I manage it myself, particularly with this NaNoWriMo project spanning all of next month. Is anyone interested in participating in said study group/s?

I must leave off now, as I have not finished measuring precisely the dorm room I share with Sami to better divide the space fairly and equally. I am thinking of laying down a line of Yellow Comet Special Brand Duct Tape when the precise measurements are compiled into the miniature map of the space I am sketching out on the last page of my final ledger right across from the notes on where the emergency exits are everywhere within the school grounds.
